My skin used to get that tight, squeaky feeling with other face washes, but this one with aloe vera and green tea leaves it calm and comfortable. The breakout-prone areas on my chin have stayed noticeably clearer since I switched, and a pea-sized amount lathers up plenty for my whole face.
It’s hard to find a cleanser that actually tackles shine without that tight, squeaky feeling afterward, but this one nails it. My skin stays calm and balanced through the afternoon, and the aloe vera really seems to soothe any redness I wake up with.
The green tea and aloe vera combo leaves my skin feeling clean but never tight or dry, which is rare for a cleanser aimed at oily skin. My breakouts have calmed down noticeably since I swapped this in about two weeks ago.
